🏯The Small Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi'an is even more surprising than the Big Wild Goose Pagoda🏯
Before visiting the famous "Lansong" Big Wild Goose Pagoda, take a leisurely stroll to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda to pass the time, and unexpectedly gain an unforgettable sense of "tranquility."
Located within the Jianfu Temple in Anrenfang, Chang'an City during the Tang Dynasty (now located in the southern suburbs of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province), the Small Wild Goose Pagoda is known as one of the "Eight Scenic Spots in Guanzhong" for its morning bell, which refers to the ancient bell of the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the Jianfu Temple.
There are relatively fewer tourists here, which is an advantage. It is peaceful but not desolate.
The best time to visit is in the late afternoon, around three or four o'clock, when the sun is slanting and the dappled light shines through the ancient trees, creating a beautiful scene.
If you enjoy taking photos, wearing simple and ancient-style clothing will allow you to blend in, or you can have a collision of styles by wearing avant-garde fashion.
By the way, the Small Wild Goose Pagoda is also part of the Xi'an Museum. Take a stroll inside and visit the museum as well. Remember to wear comfortable walking shoes~
